About Audrey DePinna

Audrey dePinna is a lifelong Bay Area resident and real estate professional known for her empathy, transparency, and strong advocacy for her clients. Having grown up in Alameda, she brings deep local knowledge and an understanding of how important the right home and community can be.

Audrey began working toward her real estate license while still in school and launched her career shortly after graduating, quickly building a reputation as driven, reliable, and deeply connected within the community. She approaches every transaction with thoughtful strategy, strong negotiation skills, and careful attention to detail, helping clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.

 

Outside of real estate, Audrey actively contributes to the community by coaching the Alameda High School Women’s Water Polo Team and the Alameda Water Polo Club, nurturing the next generation. She also engages with and promotes local businesses through dedicated video content, with the goal of strengthening community bonds and providing clients with authentic insights into Alameda – follow along on Instagram @AudreydePinnaREALTOR®. Additionally, she proudly funded a local Alameda magazine, aiming to celebrate neighborhood stories, spotlight community initiatives, and bring residents closer together through a shared appreciation of the city’s unique character. In her free time, Audrey enjoys staying active at the gym, running, photography, crafting, exploring thrift shops and antique fairs, and spending time with her two rescue bunnies.
